Content Marketing Services: Answer the questions
your customers bring.

I write articles and website copy that answer your customers’ questions, using search data and what you know about your business.

  • Topics with a purpose

Choose questions connected to your audience and the work you offer.

  • Your expertise, clearly

Use your experience and approved facts to make the writing specific.

  • Connected to your site

Help readers find the relevant service, product, or next answer.

Write a new page, improve or combine old ones.

Some customer questions need a new page. Others are better answered by updating one you already have. Choose an example to see what each could include.

New pageExample outline

How long does a roof replacement take?

  1. What happens on day one
  2. How weather changes the schedule
  3. How to get the house ready

Answer a question your site misses

A new guide can help when your current pages do not answer a useful customer question. Choose a specific question and gather the facts needed to answer it. The topic should relate to your business.

UpdateExample outline

Ice dams: what causes them and how to stop them

Starts fromIce dams (2019 post)
  1. Add Maine winter conditions
  2. Replace outdated product advice
  3. Show when to call a roofer

Improve a page you already have

An existing page may leave practical questions unanswered. It can be more useful to update old details, add your experience, or link to the right service than to start over.

Metal or asphalt: choosing a roof for a Maine home

CombinesMetal roof prosAsphalt shingle guideWhich roof lasts longest?
  1. One comparison, one clear answer
  2. Keep the useful parts of each
  3. Redirect the old addresses

Combine pages that cover the same ground

Several short pages about the same subject can make it harder to find a clear answer. I check whether they serve different needs and review their links and search traffic before recommending an update, combination, or removal.

Give every piece a job to do.

Customers ask how a service works, which option fits, or how to prepare. I research those questions, add what you know about the business, and recommend whether to write a new page or improve one you already have.

  • Find useful topics

Use search data, customer questions, and pages you already have to choose what to write next and avoid repeating the same answer.

  • Your expertise in the writing

I use your services, examples, and approved facts to make each page specific. I ask you to check details that depend on your experience.

  • Clear writing and structure

Make each heading, introduction, and next step easy to follow. Give customers enough detail to choose or act.

  • Link to the next step

Add useful links and page details so customers can find the related service or answer.

Every page should answer a question someone actually asks, then show them what to do next.

Turn a customer question into a useful page.

We agree who the page is for, what it needs to explain, and who will review it before I start writing.

Ask about content writing.

Email or text a question customers often ask, or a page that needs work. I can help you decide whether a new page or an update makes more sense.

  1. Review your current pages

I look at existing content, customer questions, available performance data, and the services the writing should support.

  2. Agree on what to write

Choose who the page is for, the question it answers, the format, sources, facts I need from you, and what customers should do next.

  3. Write and review

I draft the page, check its claims, and work with you on language and details that need your expertise.

  4. Publish or update

We complete the publishing work included in the agreed scope, then use available data to guide later updates.

Good content starts
with a clear question.

Answers about choosing topics, checking facts, publishing, and measuring results.

Didn’t see your question?

Email or text it to me. I read every message myself and reply in writing.

Do you only write blog posts?

No. Content can include service-page copy, practical guides, FAQs, and updates to existing pages. The format depends on the question. Sometimes a clear explanation on a service page works better than a separate article.

How do you choose topics?

I look at search data, questions customers ask, pages you already have, and the services you offer. Then we agree on what to write. A topic needs to help your customers, not just have a high search volume.

How much input will you need from me?

I need accurate business details from you, and your review of claims that depend on your expertise. Project examples, customer questions, and practical explanations can make the content much more specific. The review responsibilities are agreed before writing begins.

How many articles does the starting price include?

Two. Articles are $30 each, so the starting plan is $60 a month for 2 articles. You can add more blog posts at $30 each. We agree on the topics before I start writing.

Can you update content another writer created?

Yes. I can check it for accuracy, usefulness, structure, and overlap with other pages. Depending on what customers need, I may recommend an update, a rewrite, or combining it with another page.

How will I know whether the content is useful?

I review available page-level search and website data alongside the business goal. Search impressions, visits, inquiries, and sales describe different things. I explain what the evidence supports and where tracking cannot connect a piece directly to an outcome.

What do customers keep asking you?

Email or text a question customers often ask, or a page that needs work. I can help you decide what to write or update.
