Website Care
Website Care for $90 a month.
Managed hosting plus the small website changes you keep meaning to make, handled for you. Text or email what you need, up to 5 simple changes in each request, and I take care of it.
What counts as a simple change.
Simple changes are the small updates that keep a site accurate. Scroll through one real-looking request to see what is included and what gets a price first.
Text edits, like new hours
Wording, prices on a page, opening hours, a phone number or a typo.
Photo swaps
A new photo in place of an old one, sized so it stays sharp and loads fast.
A staff member
Someone added to the team page, or taken off when they move on.
A FAQ
A new question and answer, or a fix to one that is out of date.
A link
A new link to your Facebook page, a menu, a form or another site.
New pages and features, quoted first
A new page, online booking, a store or a redesign gets a fixed price before I start.
What managed hosting already covers.
Website care sits on top of managed hosting, so the upkeep is already handled before any change request comes in.
Compare all three plans- Adds simple changes

A typo or a new phone number shouldn’t need a meeting, a quote and an invoice. Send it, and it gets done.
How a request works.
No ticket system and no portal to learn. You write to me the way you would write to anyone.
Text or email it
Say what you want changed, in your own words. Add photos or files to the message.
I check it against your plan
Simple changes, up to 5 in the request, are included. Anything else gets a fixed price first.
You say yes to anything extra
Nothing outside the plan starts, and nothing extra is charged, until you agree to the price.
I make the changes
Then I write back so you know what changed and where to see it.
Website care questions,
in plain words.
How the plan works day to day, and what happens with bigger jobs.
Didn’t see your question?
Email or text it to me. I read every message myself and reply in writing.
What counts as a simple change?
Text edits, photo swaps, new hours, adding or removing a staff member, a new FAQ, or a new link. Up to 5 of those in each request are included in your plan.
What gets quoted first?
New pages, new features like online booking or a store, and redesigns. I reply with a fixed price, and nothing starts until you say yes.
What does managed hosting cover?
Hosting with the secure padlock, regular backups that I restore if something goes wrong, software and plugin updates, security fixes and monitoring. Website care includes all of it.
I don’t have a care plan. Can I still get a change made?
Yes. Single changes are $25 each for sites without a plan. Text or email what you need, and I confirm the price before I start.
How do I send a request?
Text or email it, in your own words, with any photos or files attached. If something is outside your plan, I reply with a fixed price first.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Website care is month to month with no long contract. Cancel any time by email or text, and your site and domain stay in your name.
